Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your swimwear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns Policy:
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:
Unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@leshayethelabel.com.au or use our contact form If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
The best way to swap an item is to place a new order and return the original. Once your return is approved, simply purchase your desired item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
Exceptions:
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If shipping to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period where they can return any item within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Items must still meet return criteria above.
